About the event
Navigating dementia can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. Navigating Dementia Together is a four-session education and support series designed to offer understanding, practical strategies, and supportive conversation for family members and care partners walking alongside someone living with dementia.
Each session builds knowledge while offering real-world tools that promote dignity, connection, and well-being—for both the person living with dementia and those who care for them.
This series is open to the community and appropriate for those new to dementia as well as those further along the journey.
