Caring for someone living with dementia can be both meaningful and overwhelming. The Care Partner Support Series is designed to walk alongside you in that journey.
Over the course of five live sessions, you’ll:
Learn practical strategies that make daily interactions smoother
Gain insights into what’s changing in the brain and why responses may differ
Discover ways to reduce frustration and guilt while strengthening connection
